Take for instance one of our clients last week who was a complete aviation enthusiast. They wanted to attend a premier airshow anywhere in the country where we’d have to set up VIP passes, a personal tour guide, actual simulator flight-time, and hotels and travel accommodations on a personal jet that ensured them an amazing adventure. All of us have run out of time during our lives. It’s a fact of life for everyone. What would we do to maximize our time and enjoy the kind of service that seems to create opportunity and experience? Our clients call on us to do just that.
Recently a client called after having lunch with his spouse. The conversation went something like this, “Hi, we just haven’t spent much quality time together lately and we really need to just experience something new that will revitalize us and kindle the relationship once again.”
Say no more.
After obtaining some information on what it was they liked to do together we went to work to do what we do best … Create a lifetime experience and handle every detail. These particular clients absolutely loved sporting events, so we sent them to Game 3 of the NBA playoffs with the Utah Jazz and Denver Nuggets. Court side seats, VIP dinner, and a personal driver from their private jet which flew them to Salt Lake City. Following the event they were treated to a 5 star hotel for a relaxing evening together.
At their leisure the next morning their private jet flew them to California to watch our clients favorite baseball team – the New York Yankees. They weren’t just in any seats though – we put them right above the Yankees dugout on the first base line where they were able to interact personally with their favorite players and catch several baseballs for the 2 games they attended.
Our personal contacts and relationships we have built over the years allow us to create these types of experiences and opportunities for all of our clients. This is just one example of how we can turn a weekend into something our clients will remember for a life time. These aren’t the exception … They’re our standard.
